Running Accomplishments:

I'm a new runner (just started last year).  In that period of time I've done my first 5K (33:03), and my first 10 miler (1:53:11).  I'm now training for my very first triathlon!  I've also managed to lose 105 lbs in a year and a half.  I have 45 more to go.   

Short-Term Running Goals:

I'm working on my endurance and speed.  I want to be able to complete my Triathlon, and also a Half Marathon this year.  I'm hoping to shoot for a full Marathon next year.  

Long-Term Running Goals:

A dream goal of mine would be to qualify for the Boston Marathon.  I'm a SLOW runner, so this might be a LOT of work for me but I'll never know if I don't try!  

Personal:

I'm a single, professional musician living in Ohio.  I also work a day job, so my time is limited.  But I'm determined.  :)

What a beautiful night for a run.  Watched the sun set over Lake Erie as I ran the 1 mile loop by the lake.  Finished up with a quick jaunt to Public Square to hear the Cleveland Orchestra and watch fireworks.  Ran well, it was cool and low humidity so I pushed myself a little. Mile 1 was great, mile 2 was the hardest, and mile 3 and 4 were a breeze.  

Fantastic evening!
